A super yum-e-baby shower…

shoesAs some of you may know, Seamaiden from Book of Yum is going to have a bundle of Yum in late July.  Congrats, Sea!  Since Sea is such a great source of gluten free blogging recipes, support and information, it only seems fitting to have a virtual GF baby shower in her honor to celebrate her great news.

So here’s the scoop:

Post a recipe for a dish  and warm wishes on your blog  to “bring” to Sea’s shower between now and June 1st.  Of course, the dish must be gluten free and vegetarian, so the mommy-to-be can try out the recipe sometime!  It can be typical baby shower food, or something for Sea to stock up in her freezer for the long nights ahead of her.

Then, send me the link and a pic to Cheryl (at) eharrishome(dot) com by June 7th (ish) and I will post a roundup soon after.

About Cheryl Harris

Life played a funny trick on me. I've studied nutrition for years, and much to my surprise, found out that I could manage many of my health issues via diet. I've been GF for years, and I've got a bunch of allergies and sensitivities. But it definitely doesn't keep me from cooking, baking and enjoying my food. Thanks for stopping by.
