GF MENU PLAN MONDAY HAS A NEW HOME! Heather of Celiac Family will be coordinating the swap from now on. It’s been a fun 3 years!
Natalie, the Gluten free mommy, is a bit under the weather with her new little one on the way. I’m temporarily stepping into Natalie’s shoes until she is ready to do the Menu Swap organizing! Please email me Cheryl(at)eharrishome(dot)com if you’d like to host.
The rules, as set by Natalie, the Gluten Free Mommy
How it works
Come up with your gluten-free menu of the week with at least Monday-Friday offerings. On Monday morning or earlier in the week, email the host (look below for who is hosting) your post link. Sometime on Monday, the host will post the roundup. There will be an ingredient of the week posted below. I should note, that cooking with the ingredient is completely optional, added in for my amusement, fun. This ingredient can be pretty much anything of the host’s choosing. Email me your ingredient choice when you sign up to host. I will be organizing the Gluten Free Menu Swap from this page. I will post and update a list of the hosts. I will also post links to past menu roundups.
Participating
1. If you would like to participate, simply email your post link to the host on Monday morning (or earlier) and he/she will add you to the roundup.
2. Link back to the host in your menu once he/she posts the roundup.
Qualifying to host
1. It is is as simple as having one previous menu post and sending an email to Cheryl(at)eharrishome(dot)com. Please let me know what you would like the ingredient of the week to be when it is your turn to host. (I think this will work better!) I will add you to the list and we will rotate hosting duties through the list.
*If you are unable to host that week just let me know and we’ll go to the next person on the list.

I’m breaking with tradition and posting the most recent menu swaps FIRST…seemed easier than having people scroll down so far!
Hosting means picking a theme, and when people send in their links, putting together a roundup. It takes only a short while, and the roundup is where the fun is!
